Villa Bella Vista is a beautiful, new build, very well equipped villa boasting 160 squaremeters plus extensive terraces on each level, with a pool side summer kitchen.
The villa comfortably sleeps 8 to 11(max) people.
There are 4 bedrooms ,two of which have ensuite bathrooms and mezzanines. Each bedroom and living room has tv, home cinema or sound system as well as air conditioning. There are four bathrooms in the whole house, 4 loos, 2 fully equiped kitchens with 2 fridges, 2 ovens, 2 microwaves, two dishwashers, 2 hobs and 2 washing machines. There are two furnished covered terraces, one of which is attached to the master suite upstairs and one outside of the living room on the ground floor wich has a dinning table to seat 12. The pool side terrace is fully furnished :sunlounges, tables, seats, parasols, plancha next to the summer kitchen. The villa has its own private garden and car park.The pool is heated in may ,june,september and october (24 to 28 degres)and will be naturally hot in july and august (28 to 32)
