This peaceful accommodation offers a relaxing stay for all family and friends.
Housing:
Large character house from 1850 45 km south of Toulouse. 450m², very spacious, tasteful decoration.
Upstairs 7 bedrooms: 5 large bedrooms (5 double bedrooms) and 1 small bedroom for 1 person, bed 90 x 190 cm + all the equipment for 4 babies: 2 beds 60 x 150 cm - up to 5 years -, bed travel + sofa bed in addition, soft playpen, bathtub and 2 bath chairs for newborns and babies, toys…
And 1 very large and beautiful bright dormitory-games room with 6 white patinated bunk beds, i.e. 12 single beds, toys.
Or 23 beds (very pleasant for a small number of people), comfortable new bedding, large cupboards available in each room. 3 large bathrooms, 2 separate toilets.
New dishwasher, 2 refrigerators, freezer, washing machine, dryer. Lingerie.
On the ground floor :
- English lounge: games room for older teenagers and adults: French billiards, darts.
- Moroccan living room: large new TV, Wii, DVD, library, board games, reading and rest room.
- Main living room of 50m² with large fireplace, piano.
- Large, bright stone kitchen with fireplace, fully equipped (including Thermomix, Nespresso coffee maker, etc.).
Outside :
- Large terrace (exceptional relaxing view over the hilly countryside) for aperitif/lunch/dinner and rollerblading, skateboarding, etc.
- Large swimming pool 6m Beach umbrella.
Swimming pool access, slightly slippery irregular wooden staircase: I draw your attention to exercise great caution on these stairs.
- Pétanque court, own sandpit, swings (including baby swing and knotted rope), large barbecue, very large flower garden which overlooks the sunflower/wheat fields.
Outdoor facilities (tables for 18 people, chairs, numerous woven deckchairs).
Large trampoline secured by a net to be used under adult supervision.
Garden and swimming pool maintained by professionals. Nice henhouse: 2 chickens (organic eggs at your disposal).
In the countryside, the house, bordered by 2 rows of plane trees, is on a hill surrounded by 2 oak woods: magnificent and soothing view of the Lauragais hillsides.
Parking for 6 cars. House 500m from the road so no danger for children.
From the large bedroom you can see the Pyrenees mountain range. Very calm.

All amenities in the village 2 km away (Capel butcher's caterer, large supermarket open all day and Sunday morning, quality bakeries, greengrocers and large organic store, butchers, local market, beauty salon, service station, pharmacy, doctor's office and dental, osteopath, mechanic, etc…). Many sites to visit (the medieval city of Carcassonne, the Château de Foix, the numerous prehistoric caves, the Cathar churches, the very pretty typical villages like Saint-Sulpice sur Lèze 7 km away (very good restaurant: La Commanderie), Carla Bayle: charming artists' village where an open-air ball with groups of different musicians takes place on the main square every Thursday evening in summer, the Moulins de la Garde-pasteliers - just in front of the house 3 km away to be fully restored, sheep with their shepherd 100m away, farm 600m away - the opportunity for a walk - with animals: geese, rabbits, etc.), very good pony club in the countryside 2 km away for sessions without Green Pony subscription (from 2 years to 10 years), magnificent hikes around the house or in the Pyrenees 45 minutes away, canoe-kayak descents on the Ariège and rafting.
