Description
House located facing the sea, not overlooked, on a cliff of around ten meters, with a lawn of 300m². Access to the shore is not currently possible due to successive storms which have destroyed, each time, the rebuilt steps.
Built in a U shape, with a patio, nine rooms, including a large living room opening onto the lawn facing the sea through a 4.50 m bay window. Four French windows open onto the patio and beyond onto the terrace and the 2,000 m² wooded garden.
On the ground floor, fully equipped kitchen, dining room, living room, separate toilet, double bedroom overlooking the sea with bathroom, toilet, library, double bedroom, bathroom and toilet.
In the living room, fireplace, piano, flat screen TV and ADSL internet telephone, Wifi, radio channel.
On the 1st floor, a double bedroom with bathroom and toilet, shower and toilet on the landing, two bedrooms with two and three single beds, a double bedroom with bathroom.
All rooms have a sea view. A private path leads from the house to the main road. Very quiet place.
