Located by the sea, in the center of the bay of Mont Saint-Michel, in St-Benoît-des-Ondes. From the window of your cottage, admire Cancale, its port, its rocks, the sea, Mont-Saint-Michel and the Normandy coast.

All shops are within 100 meters: bakery, oysters and shellfish, grocery store, tobacco and press house, several restaurants. Easy parking. Close to the TGV stations of St-Malo and Dol, two nearby TER stations: Cancale-La Gouesnière and La Fresnais. Bus stop for the coast and for St-Malo.

You are 5 km from Cancale and its fine sandy beaches, 12 km from Saint-Malo, 25 km from Mont-Saint-Michel. It is an ideal starting point for exploring and visiting all the magnificent and magical places of the bay of Mont-St-Michel. The seaside at 100 m (called "the strike") allows walks on foot or by bike, sports activities, picnics on the tables in front of the house.

"Le Cancaven" is a 2-room gîte of 40 m², located on the first floor. It can accommodate up to 2 people and a toddler. Living room, dining room with beautiful sea view, open kitchen. Rear bedroom of 12 m². Equipped kitchen, TV, shower room, suspended wc, large shower. At the rear on the ground floor, large shared terrace of 80 m² facing south.

In a large stone house of 250 m² facing the sea, completely renovated in 2021, it is a very comfortable, perfectly equipped and beautifully decorated cottage in a seaside spirit. It has a magnificent view of the sea from the stay. It is very bright at all hours because it crosses, with windows to the south.
