First house: 6 beds, 3 bedrooms: 1 master bedroom, very large for 2 people with King Size bed and terrace + child's bed, 1 bedroom for 2 people with 140 bed, 1 bedroom for 2 people with 2 bunk beds in 90x180. 1 fireplace area with a bench seat and armchairs, 1 mezzanine, 1 sofa and a library area, 1 fitted kitchen with microwave / convection oven, fridge/freezer, dishwasher, hot plate and all the necessary crockery and equipment .

1 breakfast area with table, benches and chairs, 1 dining area with table and chairs, 1 large living room with fireplace, sofa, armchairs and coffee table, 2 bathrooms with shower and WC, one upstairs and one on the ground floor, a large terrace with views of the mountains adjoining the master bedroom.

The second house: 4 beds, 1 kitchenette with sink, coffee maker, cupboards and fridge, 1 bathroom with shower, washbasin and WC, 4 beds of 90 possibility of making a double bed if necessary. 1 dining area with table and chairs, 1 large solarium terrace with deck chairs, table and armchairs.

Your holiday home is located in Drôme Provençale in a green setting which benefits from a very quiet environment in the middle of cultivated fields with the only noises the melodies of the birds! It consists of two stone dwellings.


The main house with its large living room over 5 m high is radiant under its skylight. A well-equipped kitchen, a breakfast dining area, a large dining room table and a living room furnished with comfortable armchairs.


The corridor leads to a bathroom and a bedroom. Upstairs, a very large master bedroom with access to the terraces allows you to isolate yourself while admiring the magnificent view of the double syncline perched in the forest of Saoû.


Then you cross a mezzanine, library and television area, to access another bedroom with its own shower room and WC. Outside the large table will invite you for endless meals in the shelter of the remarkable lime tree with 12 trunks.


The second house is located next to the private swimming pool. It is a large studio under a glass roof, fully equipped with kitchen and bathroom, 4 beds that can be transformed into double beds if necessary. A large solarium terrace adorned with an exotic garden, its bamboo barrier and its old palm trees, admirably colored by its cascades of flowers and its luxuriant vines will offer you the ideal setting for your naps and your barbecue evenings with friends.

You will find on site all the information on what the region can offer in terms of leisure.

Sports activities with climbing in famous sites at the old castle of Soyans and in the forest of Saoû, horse riding with the Crinières de Roche Colombe in Soyans, the Valdaine golf course, near Montélimar, canoeing on the Drôme, cycling and hiking of all levels in the many marked trails of the Drôme and nearby Vercors.

Cultural activities with the many festivals organized throughout the summer: vocal jazz in Crest, correspondence in Grignan, storytelling in Bourdeau, theater in Avignon, Mozart music in Saoû.

The pleasures of the mouth with the many markets in Crest, Die, Nyons, Valréas and the many restaurants, gastronomic, local or guinguette (with free concerts throughout the summer).

Historical visits with the many medieval villages of Crest, Le Poët-Laval, the others steeped in history with Montélimar, Grignan as well as the Vercors, the prehistoric sites of the nearby Ardèche with the Chauvet cave for example and above all the whole wonderful Provence at your doorstep.
