Purchased in November 2021 and following months of refurbishment, Monpazier farmhouse is extremely well equipped and comfortable, ensuring an enjoyable stay.
The Farmhouse has a large open plan living/dining room, 65-inch Sony smart TV, log burner and central heating for the cooler periods. A spacious well-equipped kitchen with all new appliances including electric oven and induction hob, LG American Fridge freezer with icemaker and water filter, Siemens full size dishwasher, LG washing machine with auto-dose, Samsung drying machine, combi microwave, toaster, kettle, blender and Nespresso coffee machine.
The Master Bedroom has a king size bed (150x200), central heating, remote control ceiling fan and a new ensuite bathroom with Italian walk-in shower and WC.
The adjacent two bedrooms have 2 single beds (90x200), central heating, remote control ceiling fans and share a brand-new family bathroom with walk-in Italian shower and WC. There is also a separate WC next to the twin rooms.
The garden sunroom has a table and office chair and provides direct access to the south facing terrace with al-fresco dining, sun loungers, parasols, charcoal BBQ and table tennis.
Wi-Fi throughout.
100% cotton bed Linen and towels are included in the rate and beds are made up for arrival.

Monpazier and Eymet are the ideal base for discovering the Dordogne. The bastides of Belvès and Beaumont, the Dordogne river surrounded by medieval villages and fortresses and the 18-hole golf course of Lolivarie are 15 minutes away. Bergerac is 30 minutes away. By car in the other direction, in less than 30 minutes, you can visit the beautiful bastide towns of Villeréal and Monflanquin in the Lot-et-Garonne.
