Environment
The house is surrounded by nature on a 2 hectare park, ideally located at an altitude of 580 meters, which allows after the summer heat, to benefit from a pleasant night freshness. After 2 years of restoration work, we have revived a piece of heritage in this region of Oppedette, high places for hiking and evidence of dry stone: low walls, huts (bories), sheepfolds ...
At the southwest end of the Alpes-de-Haute-Provence, bordering Vaucluse, the house is located 20 minutes by car from the town of Apt, a quarter of an hour from Banon and 5 minutes from Simiane -the rotunda. It is located in the Luberon Regional Natural Park, not far from the typical villages of Viens, Bonnieux, Roussillon, Rustrel and its famous Colorado Provencal, Gordes and many others, which are so many magical places.
The property
The house is built on a ground floor plus two levels for an average area of 320 m2.
6 independent double bedrooms (160 x 200 bed).
An independent parental room containing a double bed (bed 160 x 200) and 2 separate beds (2 beds 90 x 200).
A large bathroom with two sinks, a bathtub and a large shower.
7 WCs in total and 4 shower rooms each equipped with a WC, a sink and a shower.
2 umbrella beds and 2 high chairs for babies.
A large living-dining room (50m2).
Two offices and three libraries, including one for children.
The house therefore offers a total of 7 independent bedrooms. Each bedroom contains a wardrobe or closet / dressing room for storage of personal effects.

A private swimming pool secured by a metal barrier and an alarm.
A ping-pong (rackets and balls provided).
A table football (as in cafes ... balls provided).
A pétanque court (boules not provided).
An independent TV room equipped with a 43 "LED television and a DVD player.
A WIFI hotpoint for internet access.
A large courtyard, equipped with a table and garden furniture, opening directly onto the kitchen.
A charcoal barbecue (charcoal not provided).
Deckchairs to enjoy the sun.
The kitchen is equipped with the following items:
A 5-burner gas hob (bottles provided).
A hood, a multifunction electric oven, a toaster.
A dishwasher, two fridges / freezers, a 9kg washing machine.
A microwave oven, an electric kettle.
Three coffee makers, including 2 classic (with filters - supplied) and one with a pod (senseo type).
And of course enough cutlery, plates, dishes, glasses, bowls, coffee cups and mugs.
Take away food
A caterer, located not far from the cottage, can prepare delicious dishes cooked with the accents of Provence.
