Fitted out in 2014 in a former tobacco barn, the Maison du Cordier has benefited from the experience of 15 years of transformation and development.
Particularly careful in the finish and the choice of materials, it comfortably accommodates 10 people in 4 bedrooms (2 bedrooms with double beds and 2 bedrooms with 3 single beds).
The ground floor includes a 70 m² living room comprising a living room with comfortable sofas facing a local stone fireplace, a dining room that can accommodate 12 people and a corner kitchen with dishwasher, oven and microwave. built-in microwave and fridge-freezer.
A skeleton staircase leads to a landing which distributes 4 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms (one with shower, the other with bathtub). Two separate toilets, one upstairs, the other on the ground floor complete the sanitary unit.
The walls on the ground floor are made of exposed stone in ocher-coloured sand repointed in the old fashioned way and the numerous beams confirm the authenticity of the whole.
A laundry room with washing machine and dryer and a storage room with second fridge are also available on the ground floor.
In the living room, the sofa bed can accommodate 2 additional people if necessary, bringing the capacity of the house to 12 people.
Access to the south-west facing terrace is via a double French window. It has teak garden furniture and a stainless steel barbecue.
