The second entrance gives access to a hall which distributes 1 bedroom with double bed, 2 bathrooms with bathtub, 1 shower cubicle and separate toilets.
From the living room, which offers a comfortable sofa bed for 2 people, there is a first staircase giving access to 2 bedrooms under a 17th century frame and 1 toilet. These 2 bedrooms are equipped with 5 single beds. Another staircase leads to a fourth bedroom with a double bed. Solid parquet floors.
The house of the Minotier has two distinct terraces differently oriented and both equipped with garden furniture, parasols and barbecues. Access to the swimming pool (25 m away) is easily via the front terrace. The tennis court (100 m) is accessible from the rear terrace.
