* 30% is requested at the time of booking, the payment of the balance of your stay must be settled no later than 30 days before your arrival, in accordance with the rental contract sent to you. The rental price does not include the cleaning costs which are to be paid directly in cash to the cleaning service provider on the day of your departure, in the amount of 120 euros.

* Payment is generally accepted in euros (EUR) unless there is a prior agreement between owner and holidaymaker.
