Fitted out in 2006, with a surface area of more than 150 m² and particularly careful in the finish and choice of materials, this house can comfortably accommodate 10 people in 4 bedrooms.
The ground floor includes a large 55 m² room comprising a living room with comfortable sofas facing a fireplace more than 3 meters wide, a dining room that can accommodate 12 people and a U-shaped kitchen with American bar, washing machine. -crockery, oven, microwave, plenty of storage and American fridge-freezer.
Access to the south-facing terrace is via a double French window. All the walls are in ocher-coloured sandstone repointed in the old fashioned way and the numerous beams confirm the authenticity of the whole.
The ground floor also includes a bedroom with 4 bunk beds that can accommodate 4 children or adults.
In the living room, the sofa bed can accommodate 2 additional people if necessary, bringing the capacity of the house to 12 people.
The 2 bathrooms, with exposed old framework and stone walls, offer a total of 4 washbasins, 2 showers and 1 bathtub. Two separate toilets, one on the ground floor, the other upstairs (with sink area) complete the sanitary unit.
The first floor, under the period frame (17th century) faithfully restored and enhanced, leads to 3 bedrooms with double bed: each has a window with a view facing south over the valley... A superb panorama!
Solid parquet flooring on the entire floor. A laundry room with private washing machine and dryer is part of the basic equipment.
La maison du Lauzier has a completely private and enclosed garden with a heated and secure 10m x 5m swimming pool and a shaded terrace under the mulberry trees.
A vehicle access and private parking for 3 cars complete this set which can be rented with the house of the Shepherd and thus comfortably accommodate 14 people.
