Quiet Hours: Guests should avoid making noise between 10:00 p.m. and 7:00 a.m.
Pets: Pets are not allowed within the establishment.
In addition, a contribution to local occupancy taxes including the tourist tax will be collected at the rate of 1.80 euros for each holidaymaker and per day.
City gas energy consumption will be billed on an actual basis (including heating) according to the index readings made. Price increase beyond the fifth person of 100 euros per week (6 people and +).
Maintenance: After visiting it, you will find in the corner of the bathroom, everything you need (excluding products) to maintain the good state of cleanliness in which you will find the accommodation on arrival. Before your arrival on the scene, you will be asked for a sum of €200.00 "IN CASH" as a security deposit, which will be returned to you on your departure if you have ensured that the passenger compartment is in perfect condition.

television: The house includes two flat-screen ANDROID connected TVs, which are included in the rental. It is important to remember that you are staying in a residential area, and to respect the neighborhood by avoiding any disturbing noise. You will find some information on the table for all visits to this beautiful region, whether on the edge of the beach or in the very typical hinterland (the tourist office of each village can complete the documentation).
