This small one-storey house has a surface area of some 40 m². A double glazed door opens onto a living area with a comfortable sofa bed for 1 person and onto the fitted kitchen with dining area.
Please note that the kitchen does not have a dishwasher. In line with the living room, there is a bathroom with toilet, shower and sink unit as well as a bedroom with a 180 cm wide double bed.
The exposed stone walls of the country repointed in the old way give full charm to the living room and the bedroom. A flowered terrace with barbecue decorates the whole.
