You benefit from a heated swimming pool of 12.5 meters by 4 meters heated to 29 degrees to enjoy it in any season. Jacuzzi with sea view also near the living space for moments of relaxation and conviviality. 5 bedrooms with their shower room and wc, 4 of which have a sea view and the last view of the maquis without vis-à-vis.
The villa is quietly located on the heights, at the end of the small typical hamlet of Poggioli in Pinarello. You can access the beach directly by a footpath.
The villa is equipped with electric charging stations.
The gym is equipped with "Nordic Track" cardio machines connected with Ifit virtual coach: treadmill, bike, rowing machine, elliptical, and a multi-weight training machine, a punching bag, a TRX.
A hammam with shower room is adjacent to the gym. Enough to combine relaxation and fitness during your stay at the villa. The land planted with trees and local species offers a panoramic view of the sea and mountains and has a spa and a pétanque court.
